Yummy Palak Paneer – Punjabi Style!

This time, I’m excited to share one of the most loved North Indian dishes – Palak Paneer. from Rosy’s Kitchen.
This month is festival season
Next week Vaisakhi, Bihu, Kadammanitta Padayani & Kollam Porram Kerala , Naba Barsha, Good Friday & Easter , Chithirai festival of TamilNadu, so make for your Love One’s Creamy Palak Paneer.
I started by preparing a rich, flavorful gravy with onions, tomatoes, and blend of Punjabi spices. Once the masala was perfectly cooked, I added freshly puree of palak (spinach) and let it simmer to absorb all the flavors.
Finally, I gently added soft paneer cubes and topped it with a dash of fresh cream to enhance the texture and richness of the dish.
This creamy Palak Paneer is not just a treat for the eyes but a comfort food for the soul!
