Fellow local guides how are you ? Still quarantine time during pandemic spread or started new normal life ?

This not good news but reality covid-19 impacted to our economy sector including my office one of the biggest manufacturing in my state west Java Indonesia . Company release announcement this not about fired or laid off but resign special program which for all employees who resign as their willing no pressure from anyone with get money as bonus , award , farewell money in a quite tempting amount . The slot for this resign special program only 2.800 slot and limited time .

So finally thousand my colleague take this chance for much of reason ,focus caring her baby ,will get married,focus as house wife,open new business, continuing education, feeling tired of work ,back to nature as farmers , ranchers , or maybe their saving money too much etc .

And here we are like sad day for farewell , this emotional moment after few years or even their more than 10 year togetherness as a team work , broken up as impacted by covid-19 .

Actually the thousands of employees which resign mostly I know them really well one of them is Manohara Wonder-woman-during-the-pandemic-covid-19 .From my team 12 from 90 employees resign also . So pray for better life in outside there is my best support .

Unfortunately i can’t give them gift farewell or something like that ( too much if I should give them gift farewell need “thousands” gift ), But as local guides I can give other support for employees which resign and in a day open new business or joining with other business I always told them don’t forget to added place your business to Google maps , so everyone can easy find your business , or don’t hesitate to reach out me when you still confused .this notes me as local guides .

So in the last word we’re pray for pandemic spread issue for over gone and everyone can life happiness wherever they are .

This is a realistic and sad story.

My hometown authority state a Pembatasan Sosial Berskala besar (PSBB - Large scale Social Restriction), transition periode until 4th July 2020 instead if implementong COVID-19 pandemic. lockdown.

Some private sectors that connected with basic needs can be open with stright health protocol.

The factory prove that they should change the course by making a “win-win solution” to the 2 800 fellow workers.

I volunteering to your fellow who want to run a busimess to help their small business exist at The Google Maps and Google My Business, especially in the area of Bogor, Depok Ciawi until Cibadak.

I will come and visit them.

Since Ialready mapping the public transportation in that areaand now focusing to help them.

Keep on moving and keep on spirit. :fist: .

@Nyainurjanah I’m really sorry the situation in your country is so serious. In Poland we are getting back to normal,but it’s going very slow. Some parts of the economy suffer more and the Covid 19 has a huge impact on our lives. I hope the situation will be better soon.

This is happening around the world at present nowadays @Nyainurjanah Actually, companies are getting week due to less demand from the consumers. In our country, many factories are getting closed forever and people are losing jobs every day. Your colleagues are lucky enough that they got the opportunity to accept the golden handshake program of company. I hope that your colleagues will get a better chance in other companies or in their own business. Best Regards.

This is sad news and also good news.

It is great that the company will pay for voluntary resignation and the amount is huge.

I am glad the company take this initiative.

I am also happy you were not affected.

Covid-19 has affected me in so many ways. All my plans this year has been canceled. Even the plan B is not working out.

I pray and hope everything will be fine soon.

This is a very sad but real story and it is happening all around the world due to the pandemic. Good thing is that, your company is giving a tempting amount.

Here one of my friends has also lost his job due to less demand of products and company is in loss and hence didn’t give any amount to him.

I hope this pandemic will get over and the situation will be better soon.

Please do not feel guilty that you cannot giving something to your friends as a farewell gift to your colleagues and your teams.

Since not all of them have such friends for all over the world so please tell them :

  • What happen to the factory is happen all over the world, thell them about friends like @vijayparadkar , @Austinelewex , @MukulR , @AniaKiser , @Ant_Bad_Yogi who concern about the difficult choice they should make.
  • What the company do to ask a voluntary resignation with the opportunity to accept the golden hand sake programme of the company, is a good way, not many company to do so. All of you is treat well. So say a good things about this situation,
  • Pray, gratefull for what just happen and ask God to help us to find beast solution for each person.
  • Tell good thing, because if we thin good things, pray good things, do good things, have habits of good things, the good things will happen.
