Covering Burning Ghats Of Varanasi :: Manikarnika Ghat

Hello Every One My Name Is Sudhanshu Pandey And I’m A Local And Local Guide Of Varansi India. In This Topic I’m Covering Manikarnika Ghat

This Ghat Is Most Famous Ghat Among Hindus, Every Hindu Wants To Be Cremated Here…So Am I. This Place Will Show You The Significance Of Life Time.

If You Want Peace Visit This Place… Don’t Take This Place As Taboo Type Otherwise You Will Miss The Real Philosophy Behind It. We The People Of Kashi Wear Tripund {see Below Image, On Forehead three lines marked with holy ash} . We The People Of Kashi {Banares} Believe That Every Thing Which Has Life Today Will Turn To Ash Someday. Also This City Enjoys Birth And Death With Joy, You Will See A Just Married Couple Going River Side To Take Bless Of River Ganga And At The Same Time Many People With Dead Body Visiting The Burning Ghat…This Is Life Process…If There Is A Joy There Will Be A Sorrow…But In Varanasi Its Totally Different Theory We Celelebrate Death Also…To Know More Visit VARANSI

Here Is My Work Covering Manikarnika Ghat Check This

Note: You Can’t Photograph This Place Unless You Are Local And Take Permission From The DOM RAJA {King Of The Cremation Site}

@SudhanshuPandey You took some nice 360 photos of my all time favorite city Varanasi, without getting too close to the burning ghat. It’s not something I could do, even from a boat I’ve been 9 times to your wonderful city, always spending a week there just soaking in the atmosphere. I could never go to India without paying a visit, it just wouldn’t feel right. When the time is right, I look forward to uploading some of my own photos of Varanasi, Just got so many to edit and other cities to sort out too :slight_smile:
