I noticed that the counters for badges (Novice Reviewer, Trailblazer) don’t work for a long time. It seems they are stuck at some level. E.g. I already made a lot of reviews of 1 place and the number is still zero. I use Samsung, Android. Anyone can help to fix this?
Your profile is set to restricted. If you want help to spot what could be the cause, you need to change your privacy setting as explained here temporarily. Please note, that you need to use an app since this can not be don’t from a Desktop.
It would be beneficial if you would use the tagging tool when replying to someone here on Connect. Type @ followed by the username. Type slowly. Then we get an e-mail notification and you are more likely to get a prompt reply.
All your reviews have been hidden. This is rare, so figuring out why is proabably easier than if only a few reviews are hidden.
This explains your badge issue. You need to solve the hidden reviews and if successful your badges will be restored.
Google has automatic filters that hide your reviews so only you can see them. This can happen when some of your reviews violate the guidelines, including: Prohibited and Restricted Content Format Specific Criteria (See under Text Reviews and Captions)

I finally managed to get my reviews back. And I even saw that the counters were updated but after a couple of days, they returned to their previous state. I think that this is some kind of technical problem on the side of Google. Do you know what to do and where to write in this case?
