@Antico @MAHBUB_HYDER I read once that it’s a sign of drug dealers, which is clear for all drug addicts all over the world. Police takes such shoes off, and the next night they are at the same place. I saw such boots even in the small forest near my house!
I may mistake of course. But if you see such boots in your district and have teenage children, be careful!

@Antico I am curious about how the shoes got there… did someone throw it high and they got stuck there or is this some kind of ritual or superstition?
