The bus stop location is about 70 meters forward.
I sent a note in the bus stop Google Maps windows, and including a screen photo from Google street view, to show the correct bus stop location.
Also spotted the correct location.
Instead a photo is added to the bus stop window.
How can i explain Google the problem, or alternatively chat with human to solve it. to change the bus stop icon location?.

It depends.
If the busstop is one of the smart busstop where you can look up departures in Google Maps or it is maintained by the transport company you need to contact them and ask them to fix the problem.
If the busstop is created by another local guide you should be able to Suggest an edit to move the pin.
The latter is not very likely.

Your reply makes me now sense, Because the announcer automatically announced the wrong location of the station, and by the time the bus has not yet reached the real station, it is already announcing the next stop.
