To stop the pandemic, doctors around the world are looking for a log of the behavior of infected people. If you had a detailed timeline, it would be welcome.

I was asked a question “When do you use the timeline?”
If we unfortunately become infected, give your timeline to the hospital. Hospitals can help identify the path of the virus.
たしかにこの機能を使えば一目でその人のたどった足取りがわかりますね。
ですが、1万人を超えるほど拡散された現在では変わってきます。日本ではまだ有効かもしれません。
別件になりますが、関東、首都圏ではすでにマスクが手に入らない状況だそうです。
その際にオーナーによるグーグルマイビジネスの投稿機能やグーグルマップの質問機能でどのお店なら在庫がある、ないなど、情報共有するのもこのご時世の有効な手段なのかもしれません。

感染者に医師は行動の経緯を質問しているそうです。スマートフォンを見せるだけでとても簡単に説明ができるでしょう。一方で群集行動ログの実現は今後のスーパーコンピューターやセンサー、監視カメラの完備、倫理問題の解決により将来的に期待される大規模タイムラインですね。
マスクの件で台湾のローカルガイドコミュニティによると、Web版グーグルマップを利用し販売状況のリアルタイム配信を試みたプログラマーがいたそうです。現在はクローズされていますが、パンデミックを災害アラートと認定してリアルタイム配信を行うグーグルマップというのは素晴らしいイメージだと思います。

Hopefully, Google will eventually be able to process the crowd timeline to calculate the instantaneous incidence of encounter points.
