hello once again. I m here again with the recipe of light mid evening munching snack . So far the healthiest dish I made or I could ever imagine of cooking in near future. Even this dish came alive because of functional cooking as I had only few veggies available quantity wise as well
CORN GREEN PEAS ROCK SALT SALAD
- CORNS
- CAPSICUM
- GREEN PEAS
- ROCK SALT
- OLIVE OIL
pre heat non stick tawa, put 1tea spoon of olive oil and once its hot put corns, green peas, capsicum in it and mildly saute it. After few minutes put rock salt on it. Dash all the mixture for 2 minutes and voila your healthy salad is ready. Have it with Green tea without sugar

Note. To garnish the salad plate use any red sauce like tomatoe sauce, or schezwan sauce
