Coriander vadi/kothambir vadi

in winter coriander is easily available in large quantity. So try this recipe.

For this

First take 1bowl gram floor, 4tablespoon bajra floor, 2bowl chopped coriander leaves, 1 tablespoon red chilli powder, 1tablespoon sesame seeds, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon garam masala. Add little water and make dove then grease oil to plate and then that dove keep in plate and spread with your fingers. Then steam it for 10-15min.then cut into pieces and fry it or shallow fry.
