Fun story, this project actually didn’t get approved until couples years ago, because of shareholders stacks and government officials regulations, in sum the previous proposal was a bit too risky in financial wise and the government are looking for developers to stay in the game for a decent time. And now they have a more diverse portfolio and investors and even larger scale of development
