Hello everyone, during this hard time, where nearly all parts of the world are infected by Covid-19, we should stay at home for our as well as for other’s safety. During this time we all are unable to go to the gym and maintain our physical fitness, but what we can do is to maintain our diet.
A simple, tasty and fibrous breakfast is what we called a balanced food and the dish that tops this list is – Porridge or Bulgar or Broken Wheat or Daliya
You can make it at your home with just simple steps, here is the recipe for it:
Ingredients:
A packet of broken wheat or daliya, 1 Onion, 1 tomato, 2 tea-spoon soya oil, a pinch of jeera, a Maggi masala packet (some regular spices)
Procedure:

Take a pressure cooker and add 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil.

After some time add a pinch of jeera and finely cutted onion and tomato and fry it for some time.

Now add salt as per your taste, then a pinch of turmeric powder, chili powder, one packet Maggi masala. After this, add a cup of water and then fry it for some time.

Now add broken wheat or daliya as per your requirement, now add 5-6 cups of water and cover the pressure cooker and cook it till 6 whistles of the pressure cooker.
Serve it hot and enjoy your quarantine.
