Hello everybody,
New Sunday and New dish, as I planned during this lockdown to prepare new dishes every week.
So, this time I planned on preparing “CHOCOLATE CAKE” and executed it successfully.
And I was unable to believe ,it was extremely tasty.
So, sharing with you all self baked chocolate cake;
To prepare this dish,you will need following items;
1)biscuits(Oreo,bourbon etc)
2)milk
3)baking soda
4)chocolate(dairymilk, 5-star etc)
5)butter paper
6)oil
Take a pan and make the surface smooth by greasing with oil with uniformity.
Now place the butter paper and again uniformly grease with oil.
Now take the biscuits and remove the cream layer and keep it aside.
Now grind the biscuits ,convert it to powdered form and add one cup or as required milk and blend it well.
Now add half tablespoon baking soda and one tablespoon milk and mix it well.
This gets our batter ready.
Put this batter into our previously prepared oil greased pan.
And keep it aside.
Now take a wok and keep a stand in it and put some water and heat it.
Now keep the pan on it and cover it.
Keep this setup for 40-45 minutes.
Remove from the stove and cool the pan(use cold water to cool it fast).
Now , take some chocolates and removed biscuit cream in a bowl and keep on low flame and add one or two table spoon of milk and prepare a chocolate syrup like thing for decoration.
The pan must be cooled by now.
Turn upside down on a clean plate and remove the butter paper.
Now place uniformly the chocolate liquid on our cake.
Take some chocolates and cut it in square shapes and put randomly in a scattered way on the dish.
And TAA DAA ,it’s ready to eat and serve.
