@BorrisS hi Borris , this is a unique street snack of Kolkata. You can make it spicy or less spicy as per your taste buds. Yes this is a wheat dough that has a filling of Egg,chopped onions,green chillies. You can also add ground meat or grated cheese. The recipe is very simple!
