Contributor Conversations NYC

The Google Team invited local guides from the greater NYC area to Pier57 to share ideas and to of course eat and drink.

I arrived early so I took photos in and around Pier57, including the rooftop park.

I uploaded photos and videos here:

Contributors Conversations

I especially took photos of the different food stands/restaurants and from the sampling of food I had, I’ll be traveling back here again. I’m also going over to Google Maps and post these photos and leave reviews. Here’s

I had a good time meeting other local guides in nyc and the different google team members.

Let’s do something like this again!!

Hey Dallas,

Thanks for posting photos from the event.

It was a great opportunity for us to meet other Local Guides and share our thoughts and ideas with Googlers.

Unfortunately, I was not able to chat with you and some other participants, but hope to see you again!

Looks like fun @Dalster56 small city events with the Googlers all to yourselves are always fun.

I hope you got some cool and productive ideas into the mix.

Well @PaulPavlinovich it was scheduled from 4pm to 8pm but we didn’t have enough time to flesh out the ideas, parse the new info from Google and then network. The food was the bomb and although it was free, I’d go back and pay for a few items such as the fish and chips, ribs and this chicken sandwich thing. I grazed on this instead of just eating it. LOL
