I’ve been looking at my profile and noticed I haven’t made any contributions to the Q&A posts or answers. The problem is I am not sure how to do that. Is there a designated area to post questions or reply to other people’s questions? At first I thought it was referring to the Q&A portion of Google Maps but I have contributed plenty to that so I’m not sure what I’m looking for at this point. Update: Sorry I misunderstood. What I posted is about Yes/No Answers not Q&A. I also like to know the answer. 
@Jazzylady You can answer the questions by tapping on the option in your contribution page.
And another way is, you will ask some question when you select a place and mark that you are currently there. Then you will see questions pop-up at the bottom of the page.

@Jazzylady Go to a specific location in Maps, you may notice 2 of this contributions if available.
Not all locations will have Q&A since it depends on if anyone asked any questions. (3 points per response)
Not all locations may require you to provide Yes/No answers about the place from the system. (1 point per Yes/No answer), as also suggested by @SaifIS in his screenshot above.

@StephenAbraham Thank you. When I tried to answer some question on a location having few hundreds question I found that only question from a year ago shows first and there is no way I can sort them by recently posted. Have you face the problem? Because we want to answer the recent questions first. And answering only questions are not valuable as the person may don’t need the answer now.

@SaifIS & @StephenAbraham as I have looked at my contributions on maps I have definitely done some Q&A but for some reason it is not registering on my Local Guides Connect profile. When I look at my stats on my profile it says 0 for both Q&A and for the Answers, but when I look at my profile on Google Maps I have answered almost 1,000 questions and contributed 22 Q&A. I don’t really understand why it’s not the same on my LGC profile. Is there another section of Q&A specifically for the Local Guides Connect page that I’m missing?

@Jazzylady Q&A on Google Maps and on Local Guides Connect are completely two different things. From Google Maps we only get the level badge on connect, nothing else shows up here.

@Jazzylady Google Maps and Local Guides Connect badges are separate. Your situation in Maps is not related with what you do in Connect.
For your achievement badges in Your Contributions in Maps app, the count and update of badges will take some time after you actually achieve them in your contributions. It can be days to weeks. So, the main thing we need to worry about is after you contribute, does your count in Maps actually go up, if it does, then it is ok. The badges will sync up and catch up after.
Hopefully this helps clarify. If after more time and it’s not updating, please report it here again.

Oh ok. That does help a lot. I definitely thought it was just me struggling to navigate to a page that allowed me to make those contributions. Thank you for clearing that up.
