Dear Google Maps team,

Contributed 500+ roads in Google Maps and many road approvals are pending
Kindly approve pending roads so that i can take further steps.

That’s an impressive number @Baldev_Singh , congratulations!

The roads I add also go Pending when I add them, but in most cases that only takes a couple of days. Most of them then are approved, but sometimes they are Not Applied. How long does the Pending typically last in your case?

This is impressive congratulations and well done. Keep up the good works. That’s a rare contribution among local guides in general. I have only 232 roads added so far.

After you make an “Edit” on Google maps, it is verified just to make sure the information you suggested is accurate and it follows our guidelines . It does take time in some cases,please be patient. Alot of work goes on behind the scenes.

@Baldev_Singh Pending really means “a human needs to check it”, and to my knowledge this is handled by country or region, so perhaps there are simply a lot of items on the list for the team/person responsible for that area, which causes edits to be longer on the list.

This is sad, but true: sometimes we have to be patient for quite a long time.
