Content policy or mambo jambo woodoo

Ii am so upset about pleading for every review i write. A voodoo sort of curse seems to have taken over here.

See my last review … appreciate your help in finding which content policy it violates …

That’s how annoying this venture is getting

Oh sorry it is not published but this is my review of ICA Maxi Lindhagen:

This is a very large supermarket in two floors, with many varieties of all products. Here there are lots of areas to explore and discover, especially when it comes to drinks, bread, cheese, meat, and baby food. There is a special section for vegetarians.

Here, most bread and pastry are baked by the shop itself, according to what is written on the wall.

In my view and according to my experience, the prices are slightly higher than the average.

There is a large parking available for customers. If you register, you can park for free for two hours. Parking and lift as well as entrances and exits are suitable for wheelchairs, walkers and prams.

By the way, when I wrote it yesterday Google published it immediately but after 10 minutes or so I found out that it had not been published due to content policy violations. But after two hours or so it was published again. Now when I wanted to write another review, I discovered that my review from yesterday, has not been published due to content policy.

Dear @I-am-Q

You have posted this in the Photography section. It would be really helpful if you would move this post to the How-to section where it fits better. Just edit your post again, select the new Topic at the top, and save it again. Further instructions on editing your posts can be found here.

How to choose a section/topic for your Connect post might also be interesting for you.

I just checked and your ICA review is currently not public. I see you recently visited my hood :kissing_heart:

All the best

Thanks @MortenCopenhagen for reminding me about the choice of section.

Yeah, I had some visitors from Canada so we were there for couple of days.

You know as a matter of fact most of my reviews from Copenhagen were not published. I appealed for each one of them. I hope they are public now.

By the way @MortenCopenhagen , did you find ant particular phrase or comment in my review (please see my initial post), that might be against content policy?

@I-am-Q

Currently, the spam filter is acting out big time, so I believe it is not worth the time to evaluate tiny formulation/word choice violations when the big problem is honestly the spam filter. But now, that you are asking, I would recommend that you check your photos for duplicates and similar pics. The ones you uploaded to the Gefion Springvandet are a great place to start. Also, a review just stating that you had trouble finding the place is not a review.

Cheers

I visited Istanbul in October 2022 none of my reviews were published. After I filled in the form 3 months later, some of them went public, others are still hidden. There were a few other local guides who also mentioned that when they travel these reviews aren’t published.
Maybe someone can explain

Agreed @MortenCopenhagen , your saying about the wording reminds me about the Swedish expression, “sila mygg och svälja kameler”.

Sure, I will start and give it a try. I have found that some times my finger goes fast and shoot two photos, which might need an extra check (now you reminded me).

Cheers

Hello @waza28

Frankly I am struggling with the same issue since some months ago, and I couldn’t find any sustainable reason that can explain the behavior of the spam filter. I hope they are aware of the problem and trying to solve it.
