Hi can someone point me in the right direction to contact the Google Local Guide Support Team? I recently earned a reward and it has not arrived in the specified timeframe. There is no way to contact them regarding the order. Any info would be helpful! Thanks
That doesn’t help, I already done all that, which is why I posted here. It’s been 7 weeks and when I input the data to the form, I get this message.
“It appears your order is still processing/getting ready for shipment. Please allow up to 6 weeks from your original order date.”
But that statement contridicts the 6 week rule already.
It would be very helpful if you would use the tagging tool when replying to someone here on Connect. Type @ followed by the username. Type slowly. Then we get an e-mail notification and you are more likely to get a prompt reply. Just hitting Reply does not ensure we get notified by email.
The form is how to teach the team.
Alternatively you can try tagging a Google moderator.

Well the form is broken, because its been 6 weeks and from the error message it’s not even been shipped.

Unfortunately, replacements can be requested only once and tracking numbers are not available. There have been cases where the reward has arrived even after a few months, but we’re not able to assist you currently. Thank you for your understanding.
