This is a local guide who has made great contributions to the city I live in. He is level 10, seems to be the best Local Guide in the city but suddenly had his Local Guides taken away. He is old, so he has to work hard about technology or how to appeal is very difficult even though I tried to help. Hopefully the Local Guides operators can look into this account and can tell me what violations that account has committed (if not, hopefully Local Guides can be reinstate for him), thank you for read the article.

I have been suspended from the local guides program also. I know it is not nice when you enjoy being a volunteer contributor.
Reaching out on behalf of others is not correct, and the team will most likely suggest he use the only formal channel to reach the team in such cases.
Please suggest to him to use the appeals form found here.

You could consider to help him fill out the form.

Remember:
- It might not be possible to get unsuspended
- It can be a lot of work cleaning up whatever mistakes were made
