I’m Daniel from Uganda the pearl of Africa, Am proud to be a local guide, that way i can share the beauty of our land locked country and connect with the rest of the world through sharing photos, answering questions about places, suggesting edit to add unknown places to the google maps. providing reviews about sites that need updating. As a local guide i have been able to connect patients to medical centres, hospitals and clinics nearest to them and this has saved lives in times of medical emergency and accidents and also in cases of visitors in Uganda who need medical attention can easily find a clinic of there choice and easily navigate to the health centre.

Through Provision of accurate data on google maps, as a local guide adding these Places of interest, businesses, happening places, hotels, health centres and many more places on the google map accurately I have helped in creating peoples trust,bond and dependability on google map and every moment that I contribute as a local guide i feel I’m participating in making google maps popular in my country.

My target as a local guide is a connected nation.

With the help of other local guides already on board and many more others joining my goal is to provide accurate data about places to google maps so that i can help build a connected nation (Uganda). As a local guide the reviews of satisfied customers and people who have been helped by my contribution on the google map keep me going, and of course i cannot forget the monthly feedback from google maps about my contribution, reviews , traffic and views keep me aiming for the highest contribution.
