Jambo Local Guides,
This month of July is so memorable for me, first because I share birthday month with my global family, and Second because I’m now a member of the 
beautiful global family of Local Guides and I got a badge at 5.
Local Guides Connect is a forum which has given me many gifts in a few months. The best gifts among them are sincere and great friends, mentors and also great improvement in my creativity and writing skills, last but not least thanks to the Google team for the opportunity to be interviewed and featured on Roadmapper. Yes ? Today is very happy day for me because I got notification that i’m featured on Roadmapper for Kenya 
So, I want to dedicate some words to our beloved forum, where we are learning the best ways to contribute to Google maps, where we can learn about different countries’s Food, Culture, Places through Connect posts. It’s not so spicy, but with a message in it, I know someone somewhere will be inspired .
And also before the wrap-up of the month from ZuhraLc as we all celebrate the birthday 
, I want to appreciate some few friends and mentors that has helped me in contributing some useful information among them @KashifMisidia Sir , @Erna_LaBeau Ma’am , @EmekaUlor , @TravellerG Sir, @NareshDarji , @AdrianLunsong , not forgetting my recent Teacher @ErmesT Sir and many more others, because the list is endless , I say I big thank you to you All for the sincere , heartfelt support and encouragements.

Five years ago connect was born
In the state of California USA
then spread to other continents.
And landed in Africa too.
It all starts on google maps and here one big family
The Family is for all because it doesn’t discriminate.
This family is Connect local guides,
We love our global family
The memorable month is July,
On 15th Connect was born.
It’s a monthly long celebration
And we all got a badge at 5,
The family is growing big, 150 million plus local guides.
The family is for All because it doesn’t discriminate.
This family is Connect local guides,
We love our global family.
Voluntary is our main theme,
To help others navigate,
Have Accessible 
friendly place,
And supporting small business,
Suggest where to go and how to get good services.
The family is for All because it doesn’t discriminate.

We have to stick together,
Time is too tough indeed,
But together we all can beat it,
Join hands and let’s make a difference,
It doesn’t matter if masks are on ,
Let’s make the world a better place.
