Hello everyone
Yesterday I sent out an application letter and the screen showed this

I see that many people have received a reply mail like below , but I did n’t receive that

Does anyone know why ， Hope everyone can go to CA !

Hi @nofiree , when I applied, I faced this problem. Then again submitted the form. I suggest you to check your spam folder first. If you didn’t find any mail about Connect Live 2020 that means your application is not accepted.

That means, unfortunately your application is not submitted. Hope you got your answer. It is hard to hear @nofiree . Don’t be upset. Prepare yourself for next one. Best wishes for you. Keep me in your prayers and stay safe.

As of the reply, you select the blue button that says “Add a comment”, and you mention them with an @ and then their username so they receive a notification, like you will when I send this reply.

Hi @nofiree As the message says, you application was submitted. Lot of people this year didn’t receive confirmation emails.

@nofiree I also didn’t receive the email (even in the Spam folder) although I’ve submitted one day before the deadline. But I commonly do not receive emails from the Local Guides even emails about my number of impressions. So I think this is normal. But an official response could help better @sonnyNg

I found there is also another thread in this case. It would be good if this merge with that one. And is there any way to check the status of our application? Or can you check individually? @Petra_M

Hi @sonnyNg

When I applied I received the screenshot (descried in the first screenshot) message but didn’t get mail. Then I refreshed the page and see form was not submitted. Then I submit again and received mail and the first screenshot too.

I have checked my folder several times. BUT still no any confirmed-email.
