Get ready for Connect Live 2019 is the official announcement for the event, and here you will find all you need to know about how to apply.

Regarding perks, remember that the Local Guides program is constantly evolving. Perks may be offered from time to time.

To maximize your chances of being eligible for a future perk opportunity, continue to add high quality contributions to Google Maps.

Please also be sure that your email preferences have perks emails enabled by visiting your Local Guides settings.

To participate in Connect Live 2019 you have to be at least 21 years of age.

21 is the legal drinking age in the United States and alcohol will be present at some events. We understand that you’d like to be eligible to attend this event, but we can’t make any exceptions. We encourage you to stay tuned to Connect and Local Guides on social media for future events that you may be eligible to attend.

There is no Local Guide Summit, instead Google made it Connect Live in 2018. If there is any this year the announcement is going to be in April or May 2019.

Local guide just a designation not more but truly it’s a awesome work. A honerable platform for me .thank you so much Google local guide .I’m at level 7. Trying to do some better job.

This November, the biggest event for Google Local Guides is coming to San Jose, California—Connect Live 2019! Applications close on April 30, 2019.
