I have passed level 6 on Local guide and received a mail by informing that but today I saw that points and levels I have gained was reduced.

Regarding your issue, I can see that your number of reviews is incorrect. This is a known issue, and it is usually self solving.
I can also see that you have zero answers.
Of course a technical issue is possible, but in any case I want to inform you about the most common reasons for points to drop:
- Answer removal: Points can drop depending of your setting for Google’s My Activity . Please read: How do I delete my answers to questions on Google Maps?
If on My Activity your setting is different from this one here below, your answer are automatically deleted on a frame window
- Points may be also deducted if your contribution is determined to be in violation of the content policy. Contributions that violate our policies do not count toward your Local Guides level.
