Condo recommendations for Bangkok

Hi guys

I know. Right now travelling isn’t possible but there will be better days and I want to start to prepare myself for those days ahead of all of us.

I want to stay for at least 2 month in southeast asia. I want to make Bangkok as my kind of hub for this journey, so I’m looking for a good affordable and we’ll located condo in Bangkok (500$ per month max). Any advises for an area or even an advise for a condo complex.

Any help would be much appreciated. Hope to see someone out of this community on my trip!

Cheers

Tobi

Hi @Tobi_1975

Welcome to Local Guides Connect!

Thank you for sharing this with us. In Bangkok have many places are nice and comfortable next to Skytrain and bus, I would like you to check at Sukhumvit, Ratchada, and Lat Phrao. It is a very nice area that you can cover with your target and in all these areas are have many activities around.

Here are the famous places you can visit when you are there. You can visit The Grand Palace, Temple of the Emerald Buddha, Wat Arun Ratchawararam and for the nightlife, you can visit Patpong, Soi Cowboy, Nana Plaza, and Khao San road. Here is all the link you can take a look: Bangkok Temples, Bangkok from the river, Mandatory Place to visit in Bangkok, and Bangkok: Damnoen Saduak Floating Market Among others.

Since you’re new to the community, you might want to share a bit more about yourself and get to know others in our monthly Introduce Yourself - May 2020. Also, you can read these 14 helpful tips for using Connect, and What are Connect topics?.

Have fun and enjoy your time, I am waiting to see your new post telling us about your experience there.

@KashifMisidia Thank you for tagging me.

@Tobi_1975 I support @Aruni 's idea to stay near BTS Skytrain or MRT lines. Where will you visit in Southeast Asia?

Well stay near the Train is a good idea but for the budget I am afraid it will be away from those. Anyway if still cannot find one I may try to help.
