I want know about my earned points was show that I have earned 1365point ,lavel5
But now it shows me that my points are near about 860 points with level 5.
So, I want to ask you , that why now my points less than before ?

Have you checked in settings whether you have arranged for automatic deletion of Maps history?
That will delete the answers to questions also & thus reducing the points.
Also, please note that occasionally your contribution may get purged if that does not comply with the policy & that can have an effect on your points.
I checked my settings two times , and I haven’t changed the settings of receiving mail for posting and sharing.
But I don’t receive any mail from Google local guide programme for posting or sharing till last month of October

Point may be deducted for several reasons, and I can also see that you have only a few answers (5)
Of course a technical issue is possible, but in any case I want to inform you about the most common reasons for points to drop:
If on My Activity your setting is different from this one here below, your answer are automatically deleted on a frame window
On his reply, @C_T is referring to the above mentioned setting, not to email setting
Points may be also deducted if your contribution is determined to be in violation of the content policy. Contributions that violate our policies do not count toward your Local Guides level.
E.g., I see that you are posting several selfies. Selfies are not helpful in Google Maps, and may be flagged as private. Please read: What photos should I share on Google Maps?

I think and feel that I also removed from from local guide programme, because I also not received any response or message from Google local guide programme in connection to post my post and photo which I want to share. So if anybody give me right help then it’s good for me. Waiting for your help and communication on my mail id

The simple fact that you are able to write here is the evidence that you are not suspended by the program.
You have received several replies on your post, and we asked you to verify your setting. Can you please continue the conversation on your post?
The request was to verify your setting (link provided), not if you made any recent change in there.
The point deletion for the removal of your answer can depend of an old setting, made before the change.
On the answer you received we suggested other hypothesis (e.g. removal of photos), without receiving any consistent feedback.
