To me the concept of Google’s Local Guide is amazing wherein I get a lot of information for the places I visit. It gives the provision to add a new place to the Google Maps if any along with the reviews for it. This has helped me know a place prior to visiting it. By adding the places as a local guide, I feel proud as I’ve contributed to The Google to a certain extent.
Here is to the Tambdi Surla Temple in Goa I’ve visited and added as a local guide. Goa is usually known for the beaches, the party life and the cruise casinos besides these there is this Tambdi Surla Temple which is reminiscent of the Kadamba Architecture in basalt stone. This Lord Shiva’s temple not only signifies the ancient architecture but is also significant of the other side of Goa which is worth exploring. It is actually a complete package of the religious touch amidst the flora and fauna for those offbeat travelers who are in search of the serene aura. This age-old Lord Shiva’s temple is a perfect place to detox the soul and experience the peace of mind in the lap of nature.
