??CHRISTMAS RECIPE - MILK CAKE MIXED WITH CHOCOLATE.
I share with you an excellent Christmas recipe, but it can be made all year round.
This cake can be decorated with Chocolate (bonbons) Ganashe, white icing with chocolate mixture. Raisins, Nuts and White Chocolate.
Use your creativity and decorate your cake.
Simple and easy to do.
Ingredients:
4 EGGS
• 4 cups of wheat flour (100 ml) or 400 grams of unleavened wheat flour
• 2 and a half cups of 100 ml sieved sugar
• 4 tablespoons of chocolate or Nescau
• 1 cup (100 ml) of soy oil or 4 tablespoons of margarine.
• 2 spoons of baking powder (chemical) for cakes.
• 200 ml of whole milk.
• 1 pinch of salt.
Shape of your choice, greased with oil or butter, sprinkle with wheat flour.
Preparation: First Mix
Sifting, sugar, wheat flour
Mix the oil, egg and 2 cups of sugar.
Beat for 5 minutes.
Add the wheat flour and 200 ml of milk.
Beat all the ingredients for another 5 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons full of chemical yeast.
How to prepare: Second mixture:
Separate 200 ml of the mixture separately, and add 4 spoons full of chocolate, gradually dissolving the chocolate
- Pour the first mixture into the greased pan.
- After pouring the first mixture, add the dough with chocolate gradually stirring quickly with a fork.
• Bake 180º (degrees).
• Wait to cool and unmold.
• Decorate with raisins or chocolate (chocolates)
This recipe can be used to make: (Without chocolate)
• Coconut cake
• Banana cake
• Nut Cake
• Raisin cake
• Chocolate cake (add 6 teaspoons of chocolate to the pure chocolate cake) in the first pastry.
• Beat for 5 minutes then add 2 tablespoons of chemical yeast.
