Looks like I’m a bit late to the party so to speak. I would love to do a meet up at some point. I work nights and weekends with only Mon-Tues free. If you ever decide to do something on those days, I’m down for it.

Somebody tried one a couple weeks back, I couldn’t make it personally, but it would be nice to plan one a little further ahead of time and try to loop in as many people as we can.

As far as I know, it did not.

Somebody did reserve some tables at The Local downtown one night, I couldn’t attend though. I’d still like to set something up but not downtown, somewhere that is easier to get to.

It seems like this is never going to happen… I feel like this discussion is over a year old. I live downtown in North Loop, so downtown is definitely easiest for me. I could do something along the 6, like a restaurant @ Southdale or something near there. That is easy to get to being so close to 100/62/494/35W, and parking would not be an issue for anyone. I do have to veto Buffalo Wild Wings though. Any other place there is fair game.

In fairness “Twin Cities” is a big place, and I generally won’t go downtown, personally, unless it’s for work, it’s a pain in the butt.
Add to that the fact very few people respond on this thread…2 or 3 people meeting up seems odd if it’s a hassle for the commute for any of them.

I am a southern suburb guy, Bloomington/Richfield is as far north as I generally want to go…would go downtown if there is a lot of interest and I meet many folks.
With enough interest, I’ll get a room somewhere and plan it…
