After a good night’s rest I again walked the streets of Lisbon. One place I visited significantly change my plans for the day, a cafe named “Coffee in Brew”. The artisan coffee team recommended I take a look at the RSTRS iphone app. It was at the beginning of my coffee pilgrimage, with a few Vegan foodie recommendations thrown in for good measure. Mate, the best latte art is crafted by one man at Copenhagen Coffee Lab - Cais do Sodré. He did a live demo of the sea horse. Not only that, the cafe is excellent: Huge, classy, comfy.
I’m a big bread lover, the bread they serve at “Cais do Sodré” is quality, artisan sourdough. Beautiful.
