Thanks a lot for sharing this amazing coffee with us. I’m curious about these pandebonos, it look like our Pão de Quejo (Cheese bread) in Brazil. Do you know how to make pandebonos?
Hola Felipe… los pandebonos están hechos de fécula de maíz, junto con almidón de yuca fermentado, queso y huevo, que luego de amasarse, se forman pequeñas porciones usualmente achatadas que posteriormente se hornean. Son muy tradicionales del Valle del Cauca y hacen parte del desayuno o las medias tardes (tipo 4 pm).
