Ingredients
- Chopped coconut
2.jeera
3.Roasted gram

Salt

Unboiled rice
Unboiled rice is to be soaked in water for 4 hours …Then the rice is to be washed…chopped coconut and this rice has to be grinded without adding water
Then,jeera and roasted gram and salt is to be added to this mixture and have to be crushed with the help of hand… A batten is formed in a thick form…
Then this has to be flattned in a 5- 10 cm dia circle …Then this has to be fried in oil…
Now tasty Coconut vadai is ready…best evening snack
