climbing george everest :dehradun,India

This is kind of my first post on connect and I am writing this during the quarantine way back sitting in my home . Today share my guide for George Everest Dehradun. It’s around 1.5 hours journey from main Dehradun city to Mussorie road the the point where tracking start’s.It"s is around 3 hours medium difficulty level track.

you can start the journey at around 10 AM from Dehradun and will reach the peak around 2 PM ,can rest there for 2 hours ,then track down and enjoy your achievement in one of the cafes in Mussoorie. Talking about the track it’s quite a beautiful track but a rough one too , the path quite undriven and in the last segment you have to define your path own your own . There are some of the food stalls available in the middle but better carry your own things because they will charge you good. trust me the view is worth it and I really liked the journey . this trek is very good for the people who haven’t tried any track yet. adding my photos of January

when I went and it’s snow all over in those days.you have to check when it’s good to go depending on the weather.

Wow, nice hiking, @Ashish1999 , thanks for sharing. The road should be better in summer, isn’t it?

:point_right:  :handshake: Here’s my post

@Thai_Ngh can’t say totally . In Dehradun you can’t sure about the climate.it can rain anytime but yah April-September is preferred
