The Clay products is very popular in my city, especially in rural areas and also all over in Bangladesh. We still using this products in different purposes like Bowl, Cups, Plate, Glass, Saving Bank for coins, and many more items.
Thank you for sharing these beautiful pictures @AbdullahAM .
You have reminded me my childhood memories of putting coins in a clay made saving bank. With each passing day i would used to shake the saving bank pot, in order to guess the quantity of coins from the jingling sound they made inside.
Thank you so much for your lovely comments @ComradeShah
I used to do exactly the same with my saving bank in my childhood and break it down after my final exams in December every years.
@AbdullahAM Brother is a wonderful clay thing. You highlight our past traditions. Thanks for your beautiful post sharing with us.
Thank you for your nice comments @OmarBD
Although it’s our old traditional useful products but still we’re using a lot for different purposes.
Hi @AbdullahAM
These are very beautiful. Can you add the Google Maps link of the place you can buy them? I would definitely buy clay products as cups for tea and coffee and maybe some cool plates. They are look quite unique and special. Are they expensive? Can you also custom make something?
Thanks ![]()
I am glad that you liked the products @DanniS
Clay products are not expensive, it’s very cheap products.
Honestly, we’re not using clay items in our daily life very often, rarely use but used in the past eras, even still in use in some villages. Clay products is available in the village markets but in cities there is no specific stores we can buy from. In the cities, can be found in the street markets or any local home-craft fair’s especially home-craft fair in our Town Hall.
Abdullah: stunning claypot pictures!
