@ErmesT hi , tnx for the attention . this photo was taken from my own device in my own belcony . previously i answered @DanniS cause i thought she asked me about the other photo i have posted . And i removed that picture already . This is my own photograph and google photo did this edit for me .

I just released your post from the spam quarantine, and I also released the other post mentioned by you.
It seems that a long sequence of very similar answer in another thread triggered the filter, that consequently treated as Spam all your contributions.
BTW, I already explained why, to keep Connect Organised, I merged two post about the same subject, You can always the post on the “reply” tab of your profile.
