Taichung City Library West Branch is a public library for community residents.
It provides the information needed by the public and promotes social education. It has a positive effect on the reading culture of the general public, which is different from the libraries of research institutes and the National Library I used to visit in college.
The library is well-equipped and cleanly maintained, with a study room on the ground floor and plenty of seats, but there are restrictions on epidemic conditions.
