Very true @Bal I was staying in Chandigarh for 4 last month’s as a student only and you said very true. These buses are really very economical and comfortable for the daily travellers those who roam all around the city from Mohali Kharar Chandigarh and Panchkula. I loved to be there in Chandigarh as this city is heart of Punjab because of its peaceful and clean environment.
@Bal That’s really informative post for all. Will definitely try city bus on my Chandigarh Visit. It was nice meeting you during our Qutub Minar Meet Up.
Although I notice that these buses are economical and customer friendly. But are these buses are good for people on wheel chair? Do they have to leave his/her wheelchair left behind or need help of other people to get board, sit and then leave the bus at his/her destination?
If not then you should think as a guide how you can help on this. Thanks.
@SpecialGuide yes wheelchair is available for a needy person …pic and drop facilities available for person …also for physical handicap person more than one sheet reserved in every city bus …
