@SanjayBDLG great photo! I have never seen cinnamon in that way, I always see it like a spice ready to use. Another curiosity about cinnamon is that you can’t eat whole spoon of it Scientists say that the reason why most people can’t swallow that much cinnamon has to do with the spice blocking glands that create saliva. When you eat food and need to swallow, your saliva helps lubricate the food down your esophagus and into your digestive system. I have never tried it but I remember that there was a challenge to eat whole spoon of cinnamon few years ago in the social media.
