Ciao! My favorite Italian restaurant in Taipei.

A month ago, I was searching for a nice restaurant near my neighborhood for valentine’s day. Then I found PASTI TRATTORIA, a restaurant I used to pass by every day. I saw the photo of the restaurant, it reminds me of my vacation in Milan and Venice where I enjoyed the city view and cuisine.

On the wall, there’s a map of Italy to introduce the food style in Italy.

The appetizer is Silverfish Rolls Stuffed with Smoked Cheese. It’s amazing. It tastes different from the most Italian restaurant in my city.


I choose roast duck as my main course which is really tender.


Dessert is Semifreddo! It’s so exquisite and tastes like ice cream.


We had a cup of coffee at last.
“è un gran Caffè” is come from Puglia- Lecce on south Italy.
The Chef said, “Quarta Caffè is truly coffee for Italy!”

自從2016年去了米蘭與威尼斯後,時常想念義大利的味道和氛圍,所以每次經過PASTi TRATTORIA 眼光都會停留特別久,

今天終於可以好好品嚐,門面如同米蘭巷弄內的餐廳,進去後欣賞每一個角落,都是Chef的每一種心情與用心,很難讓我放下手機不拍照,特別喜歡樓梯側面的手繪地圖與隨著時間累積的酒瓶們,還有天花板的地圖會讓我時不時的抬頭向上看。

開胃菜點了烤白帶魚捲煙燻起司,沒有想過白帶魚和起司同時都是主角,讓我很驚艷!

主菜的烤鴨腿用燉高麗菜鋪底,似乎是用藍莓去做菜的醬汁,這樣的搭配很美味且畫龍點睛。

最後是杏仁冰糕,人生第一次吃到這樣的味道組合,讓人停不下來的甜點。

總而言之,氣氛舒服、食材用心、對料理有堅持!味道很道地又有自己的個性。
