Churros and beef tartare

Today I buy tenderloin so I am here to make some beef tartare , I didn’t have pear or otherwise I will make Korean style beef tartare, it’s different but more juicy and sweet.

I cut off the fat for other cuisine, I use capers、black olive、onion and use Winchester sauce、Tabasco 、black pepper 、mustard and sea salt, it’s simple and most important thing is make sure you have fresh beef.

240cc water, 110g butter,125g flour, 3 eggs, and oil for deep fried
First mix water, butter and a little bit of salt before boiling put flour into it and stirring, for around 2 minutes and turn off the fire.

Second keep stirring dough and mix with eggs,

Third use pastry bag to make shape around 2 inches , and deep fried for 6~8 minutes , when it becomes beautiful golden brown , take it out and wait until it cold, then you can seasoning with some cinnamon and sugar.

Hi @Troymi,

Great job, it looks very fresh and delicious!
I’m really curious to know how you would have used the pears in the tartare, I did not know the existence of such a tartare, did you intend to prepare the Yuk-hue: Korean-style beef tartare?.

Great job! As a fan of churros (I’m spanish) I see them delicious, try them with hot chocolate. The meat also look yummy. Thanks for sharing

@SoyAlex Thanks this was my first time to make, and I definitely will try it with hot chocolate.

@MagoDiAz I ate it in Korea , so do some research, if I make Korean style I will cut beef into thin slices and use Korean pear 、soy sauce 、honey、sesame oil、pine nuts , pear also sliced mix with beef, use soy sauce 、honey and sesame oil to make sauce, pear on the button and put beef on the top of it and dressing with sauce , in the end put some pine nuts, when you eat you can also mix with egg yolk ,trust me it taste totally different.

Thank you for putting the recipe @Troymi . Highly appreciated!

My pleasure @Troymi

Looks much better now!

Are you a chef by any chance?

@Velvel Haha thank you for the compliment, I think I will just cook for fun, I am not going to be a chief, if I immigrate to overseas maybe I will think about it, thank you anyway.
