Just curious to know, long height mast is generally observed in South India Hindu Mandirs, similar to it, that long mast is seen in one of the photo of Church, so is it region special or any other reason ?

In many Churches (Basilica, etc.) in the South India, you will find this.

Now, showing the greatness of Christianity, to accept good aspects from anywhere, there are may other aspects, adopted by them, from Hindu Culture (Eg; "Kallu Vilakku" [Stone Lamp], “Elephant processions” with colorful Umbrellas, etc.).
