They look like a summer party decoration mixed with Christmas spirit. My hometown in Hungary is also proud of the Christmas decoration, but it’s not that rich of colors.
PS: You might not know this, but Connect has a photo limit and only lets you upload a total of 1000 photos. When creating your post you may want to limit yourself and only pick out the best ones. This way you will not run out of uploads any time soon.

The Decoration of lightening is done by the owner of the house and the local community to increase the attraction of tourist in Mandurah at Christmas time. They have used very vivid colors of lightening in Aussie decoration style. It is best to capture photos when it gets dark for proper lightening.
