Hello dear supervisor, I noticed that after submitting repeated requests to amend the misleading and non-existent places on the ground, they were not deleted or modified. Delete his account .
Thanks Google Localguide

Hi @helpforyou
Google Maps has an integrated system to evaluate how well the users can be trusted. So over time, those making a lot of approved edits will be able to make more such edits that are approved immediately. Next step is to hide the contributions from questionable contributors. Further, they will be suspended or even removed completely.
The issue is that knowing and understanding all the guidelines from Google is not a simple task. So sometimes our edits are rejected for good reasons.
Edits are so numerous that using humans to evaluate them is not realistic. That is why computers are trained to take care of them.
Cheers
Morten
what do you mean with “delete his account” ??
How can you know a place’s creator?
Hello @makky
Yes ! I believe the AI does know information like that. They have access to data that helps them to work effectively.
Therefore such accounts seen as not good local guides or spam can be totally removed from the program.
@MortenCopenhagen thank you for your answer I’ll use it for future questions on connect.
Cheers
@SholaIB I referred to the thread’s author, his request sounds like he has a certain user in mind. Internally the users and their edits are known, of course.
However I wonder why the author doesn’t succeed with his edits regarding non-existant or spam listings…
In my experience the AI works quite well in these cases.
OK @makky
I got it clear now anyways. I have to say I didn’t get the main post really.
All another user can do is report a profile and the AI decides the rest.
Cheers
@SholaIB yes, the initial text is pretty scanty… my interpretation is this: the author considers, if places can be flagged for extra examination like reviews can be.
@helpforyou so there is only the “suggest an edit” option, and also the business redressal form to report certain issues or even a non-existant business, did you try this?
Plus there is a special thread How to identify and report fraud on Google Maps if you absolutely don’t succeed on the other ways…
