This looks great @user_not_found , fried rice is one of my favorite Chinese dishes. I’ve never seen is wrapped in leaves like this though.
Does the lotus leaf bring anything special to the taste of the dish, or is it wrapped for a different reason?

Interesting @user_not_found , it really does add an extra dimension to the look of the dish. It looks a lot more exotic with the leafs.
