A delicious dessert you can find in China is this particular ice cream. It is prepared at the moment and then served by making small rolls of ice cream disposed in the cup. A quite different ice cream than the one you are used to eat… and really delicious.

Thank you for introducing this amazing dessert here! I love this ice cream, but in Bulgaria we call it Thai ice cream. Actually I tried it for the first time this summer. It is really delicious and it’s healthier than the normal ice cream, because it’s made with real fruits and not with artificial flavours.

Oh yeah @RadieN , as I didn’t know the correct name I wrote “Chinese ice cream” but well, the official name is “Thai ice cream” or also “stir-fried ice cream” as I have searched now. I also like it very much, I find it very tasty.
