Momos are an integral part of street food lovers list of favorites, especially in North India. For the longest, I was limited to steamed momos until a friend introduced me to TANDOORI MOMOS - a variant which I stumbled upon in Delhi/NCR and instantly fell in love with. The picture shared above is a plate of tandoori momos at Red Dragon in Faridabad and it is absolutely impossible to stop at one. The crust smells of Tandoori masala with a smoky flavor and the filling inside consists of minced chicken and onions. It is served with Mayonnaise and a spicy red sauce for a perfect explosion of flavors in your mouth. One Plate consists of 8pieces and comes for Rs 110. In COVID, they pack your order and deliver it to your car. Takeaway only. Tandoori Momos are an absolute delight and my go-to snack. Love them to death.
