Thank you for sharing this photo with us, the chicken kofta looks very delicious! Did you make it on your own?

In Morocco, where I grew up, we call kofta every kind of ground meat. Is it the case in your country as well?

Could you share the recipe of this chicken kofta with us please? Personally, I would like to try it.

It’s cooked by my mother…

In india we call, if ground meat takes circular(sphere) shape it is kofta,if it takes traingular/rhombus shape it is cutlet…

Here is the recipe…

  1. Chicken Balls recipe:

Ground Chicken -1/2 kg
coriander leaves-as per need
green chilli- 3(cut into small pieces)
Gram flour- 5 teaspoons
Sliced onions-1
Oil-3spoons
Egg_1
Ginger galrlic paste -2 tea spoons
Chilli powder-1spoon
black pepper- 1/2 spoon
Salt- 1 spoon
coriander powder-1/2 spoon
Turmeric- 1/2 spoon
Crushed red chilli- 2 pinch
Cumin powder-1/2 spoon
Mix the texture well and. Make balls by applying oil on hand then deep fry it in oil…

2.Gravy recipe:

Heat 4 table spoons of oil in a pan …on heating add bayleafs,cloves(3), cinnamon (2 to 3 small) ,then add onion paste (2onions),n let it cook for 3 min then add Ginger garlic paste (3 spoons) ,tomato paste (2tomatos) then add 1 spoon chilli powder n 1/2 spoon salt and let it cook for 8-10 min at last add yogurt (5 tablespoons) after 5 min mix the balls and cook for 2 min,…

Mix chicken balls n garvy together and add 2 green chillies for appearance…now it is ready to serve…
