Chicken Biryani with Chicken Chap

I love to taste the different type of biryani . Near Kolkata airport there is a Biryani store which is known as " Dhakai Biryani House " . The price of chicken biryani was $2.3 & the price of Chicken chap was $0.9. Both was too tasty .

This looks so full of flavor @tanmoydas617 , absolutely delicious! I was thinking very long about what to cook tonight but I think I will just order Indian food after seeing your post. I can’t suppress those cravings.

I have also been playing with the thought of making it myself. What would you say is the best type of rice to use?

During the lockdown period I tried to make Biryani at home , by the way the homemade Biryani had no taste , most probably it’s my failure.

U can call this duo ( Biryani & Chicken Chap ) , a best couple in the world :yum: . Actually the biryani is dry , for that Chicken chap is needed & it has gravy’s.

It’s ur best discition to order Biryani from outside.

Though I don’t prefer food at this time from outside due to Covid19 .

Maybe I will just stick to ordering it then @tanmoydas617 . I wouldn’t want my efforts to go to waste. Is there any other traditional dish that would be easier to make at home?

I think, U should try to make " Fried Rice & Chilli Chicken " at home . It doesn’t take too much time, and it’s tasty also . @MortenSI

I will see if I can find a good recipe for that @tanmoydas617 , but I might hold back a bit on the chilli. I’m not too experienced with very spicy cuisine.
