Chicago Riverwalk

This is a picture of the riverwalk in downtown Chicago. I was in town for a red carpet movie premiere followed by an after party at the Trump Tower. After a night of networking and a few glasses of wine, I woke up early for a 5 mile run with an associate who was also in town for the same event. It was a cold, brisk morning… cold enough to need light gloves but the temperature warmed up as the time went on. The river cuts through the middle of the city and it a big part of the Chicago culture… they even die it green in March for St. Patrick’s Day.

Hey @jamesrstahler ,

Thanks for sharing your photo. It was interesting for me to read about the river in Chicago. Do you live there? Did you intentionally make the photo black and white?

Here’s an interesting post that you might enjoy reading Using color to make your photos stand out.

Hi @MoniDi - I just like the look of this one in black and white, I usually keep things in color. I’ll check out that article! Thanks!
