16 Local Guides meet up for the first time in a charity healthcare program in Hocmon district, a remote area of HoChiMinh city. We took care for over 250 local people, instructed them what a good life style for diabete or hypertension patient is. Chatting and sharing experience about being a LG got us closer to each other. The “newbie” of us was just 2 month being as a LG, and the “oldest” was me, with over 4 years of experience.
